Discover the benefits of meditation in this modern life and the different schools of meditation that each offer a pathway to happiness and inner fulfilment. Explore pranayama and a simple guided meditation.
Week 2: “Meditation as a ritual of selfcare”
Discover how to establish a regular meditation practice as the ultimate selfcare ritual and how presence and positivity are a conscious choice. Explore a mindfulness contemplation meditation.
Week 3: “Be your most elegant self”
Discover how to align with your higher self to bring fulfilment and be of service to uplift the entire collective. Explore a mantra based meditation.
